Store Bought Healthy Baby Foods, Yes It's Possible!

Updated: Apr 19, 2023

Reasons why I love baby meal pouches, with links to my favorite ones.

It’s cute seeing your little ones' faces after trying bananas for the first time, a clear sign that your baby is growing BH. But starting solids brings along its challenges. It's not always so simple to prepare a separate meal, the extra dishes can be frustrating when you have the high chair and floor to clean as well as your baby covered in leftovers. That's why having easy meals and shortcuts without compromising quality is so important.

There are many ways to reduce the mess and time of preparing and serving these meals. This post will focus on the different healthy kosher baby foods you can buy.

It cuts out the prep time, saves you the dishes, and the best part is you can take it wherever without worrying about where the lid is to your mini square container.

One of my all-time favorites is the squeezy bags. Incredibly practical on the go, depending on the age you don't even need a spoon.

Many companies carry a variety of wholesome combinations and purres at very affordable prices. Typically prices range from 1 to 2$ a pouch. You can find them at most pharmacies and supermarkets as well as online and get them at your door. Making these pouches a mommy favorite.

When buying your baby foods try to;

Read labels and pay attention to ingredients stay away from added sugars, syrups, artificial additives & salt.

Try to offer a variety of grains oats, wheat, or barley. Avoid rice because it can contain arsenic, and you’ll want to limit exposure as much as possible.

Choose baby food in BPA-free packaging whenever possible.
